"Turkcell's Digital Retail Experience" was shared with attendees at SAP Now Istanbul, with Deniz Bayramoğlu as moderator and with the presentations of Turkcell Executive Assistant Manager in Charge of Sales Murat Erkan and Medyasoft IT Group Chairman of the Ihsan Taşer.

The whole process from the realization of the Turkcell Digital Retail Project, which is one of the most extensive end-to-end retail and omni-channel customer experience projects in Turkey, in 12 months to the value it added to the company, the scope of the project and the difficulties that were met were shared with the attendees. The session was closed with mention of the road map companies should follow in the journey of digital transformation.
