We Have Gone Live with the SAP Fiori Production and Quality Data Collection Project at Ak Gıda

We have completed the “SAP Fiori Production and Quality Data Collection Project” for the systems of Ak Gıda, Turkey’s largest enterprise in milk and dairy products industry with 6 production plants and 5 thousand tons of daily milk processing capacity. The application has now gone live.

We have developed the SAP Fiori production and quality data collection application to enable the tracking of weight data of the materials weighed in the production line and the PH and SH values measured on the field.

Through this application, the following has been enabled on Ak Gıda systems:

• It is now possible to get barcodes can via a screen on the production line. Analysis results can be automatically processed on the SAP system via barcode scanning.
• Real-time data of analysis results can be entered into the system via tablets or computers.
• Weighing values on scales automatically appear on the application display.
• Traceability is ensured through the analysis results entered into the system.
