Medyasoft IT Group celebrated its 25th anniversary with the annual strategy event held at Sapanca Elite World Grand Hotel between 2 and 3 March 2024. These events, which are held every year and where employees of all group companies and brands come together, strengthen the group synergy and focus on the target in line with the common vision, also serve as an encouraging factor for the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Within the scope of this year's strategy event, which has a special meaning, it was evaluated in detail how Medyasoft built its vision for the future by taking lessons from its experience, on which values axis this vision was developed, and what kind of added values were brought to both the group and our country. In this context, Vendorside, VityCode, and Arkuza group companies, which are the newest products of the "Entrepreneurial Business Model" that has differentiated Medyasoft for 25 years, were launched.
Medyasoft's "Entrepreneurial Business Model" is based on making every individual working within it an entrepreneur. In this way, all employees working within the group can produce innovative ideas, by blending with the innovation culture of the organization, and as a candidate entrepreneur, they can strive to make these ideas come true.
