Yıldız Holding's Legal Process Automation has entered its 5th year!
Yıldız Holding manufactures in 14 countries including Turkey, exports to more than 100 countries, has over 150 brands; and carries out all contract management processes via Medyasoft’s HIGM (Gemeral Directorate of Legal Affairs) portals— and so does Godiva, UB, and Demett’s; its companies abroad.
All the domestic and foreign Yıldız Holding brands can now start any kind of judicial process such as a contract, legal correspondence, procuration, and so forth, owing to the development of a dynamic solution; while the legally required processes used to take days to start before the project.
Systematic storage of all the work done so far, and subjecting it to specific automation processes also provide meaningful data when it comes to reporting.
More than 30,000 requests have been processed up until now in the system which has been online over the past 5 years. It ensures that all operations are carried out from a centralized point, so there is no unexplored employee effort or any uncontrollable risk.
